In the context of this group housing masterplan project, the site’s exposure to pedestrians and nearby houses prompted special consideration to the public visibility. To address this, the buildings were integrated into the hill with green roofs. This design choice ensures that when viewed from above, the roofs are inconspicuous, blending seamlessly with the landscape.
